You'll join Bain's Global & Local Operations team, partnering closely with the Boston Office Head and senior leaders across the office. In this highly collaborative role, you'll work alongside Partners, practice leaders, staffing and talent teams, and other functional leaders to help drive commercial excellence, strengthen office operations, and support strategic initiatives that shape the success of one of Bain's largest offices.
As Senior Director, Business Operations, you'll play a critical leadership role supporting the Boston Office Head in managing commercial operations and the Boston Partner Program. You'll help optimize partner capacity, utilization, and business performance while leading key operational initiatives, communications, and strategic planning efforts. Compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, 401(k) plan with an annual employer contribution based on years of service and Bain's best-in-class benefits package.
