The role focuses on acquiring new clients, forming strategic partnerships, and growing sponsorships while collaborating with internal experts to position offerings and meet member needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships.
• Experience in healthcare or association environments preferred.
• Strong relationship building and networking skills with proven revenue generation.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and business development for HBS portfolio including Staffing Solutions, Insurance Services, Health Information Services, Princeton Claims Management, and ProCLAIM.
• Develop and execute strategies to generate new business and expand current relationships.
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients, partnerships, and sponsorships.
• Cultivate relationships with members, industry partners, and stakeholders.
• Track activity and revenue opportunities using CRM; report updates to leadership.
