Qualifications

• 6+ years of sourcing, procurement, or supplier management in biotech or pharma.
• Experience supporting sourcing across multiple R&D functions (Clinical, Translational Medicine, Research, or CMC).
• Strong customer service and stakeholder collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience negotiating terms with CROs, CMOs, and external vendors.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Adaptable with cross-functional influencing abilities and collaboration.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for vendor relationships.

Responsabilités

• Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders in Research and Development to support sourcing strategies that align with business needs and financial and operational objectives.
• Collaborate with Kymera’s functional relationship managers, Legal, and Finance to support the establishment and management of MSAs and SOWs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors to support effective negotiations and positive business outcomes; lead SRM efforts.
• Lead negotiations of business and commercial terms with CROs, CMOs and other strategic vendors, in alignment with internal stakeholder needs and company objectives.
• Identify and implement cost savings opportunities; deliver hard savings and cost avoidance.
• Contribute to development, implementation, and continuous improvement of strategic sourcing processes.
• Lead and own RFP processes, bid evaluations, and vendor selection activities.
• Conduct vendor diligence and support selection of primary and secondary suppliers.
• Help establish preferred commercial terms, discounts, and sourcing strategies across key categories.
• Track sourcing activities, contract status, and vendor performance metrics.
