Job summary

Candor Health is seeking a Senior Director, Head of B2B Marketing to define our category and elevate Candor’s positioning as we scale. You will work closely with the CEO, Sales, Product, and Customer Success to drive messaging, enablement, launches, and thought leadership.

You will own the market narrative, develop segmentation and ROI materials, and lead demand generation, product launches, and customer storytelling. This high-impact role requires a strategic thinker with a bias toward action.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of B2B experience with 5+ years of product marketing experience in enterprise SaaS.
• Experience selling into healthcare market strongly preferred.
• Ability to translate complex technical platforms into compelling business value.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
• High ownership mindset and bias toward action.

Responsibilities

• Define category story and differentiation for Candor’s B2B marketing.
• Develop segment-specific messaging for payers, digital health companies, and healthcare IT platforms.
• Translate technical infrastructure into clear economic and strategic value.
• Own core pitch decks and segment variations; build ROI frameworks and business case materials.
• Develop competitive positioning and objection handling; partner with sales on enterprise deals.
• Build ABM programs targeting key segments and establish pipeline reporting.
• Evaluate and evolve the martech toolstack and dashboards to track revenue impact.
• Lead go-to-market strategy for new features and campaigns; align product roadmap with market narrative.
• Turn customer outcomes into compelling case studies and proof points.
