Job summary

Zendesk seeks a high-impact strategic alliances leader to own and advance our AWS partnership from San Francisco. This role will drive multi-year strategy, governance, and executive engagement across Zendesk and AWS, while incubating platform partnerships like Microsoft and Google in the SF Bay Area.

You will lead the AWS Technology Alliances team, coordinate with product, engineering, sales, and marketing, and influence co-sell and GTM activities to accelerate joint pipeline and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of senior partnerships/alliances experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead strategic AWS or hyperscaler partnerships.
• Strong executive engagement and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the global AWS partnership strategy, operating model, and day-to-day management.
• Coordinate across senior executives, product, engineering, sales, marketing and finance to drive joint outcomes.
• Establish governance, milestones, and measurable outcomes for the partnership.
• Lead cross-functional incubation for platform partners and ecosystem initiatives.
• Directly manage the AWS Technology Alliances team and align with AWS GTM.
• Shape co-sell, GTM, and marketplace strategies with AWS teams.
• Maintain executive engagement and accountability across Zendesk and AWS leadership.
