Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in biological sciences or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in biopharmaceutical, oncology, cell therapy, healthcare operations, clinical operations, or treatment-center operations.
• At least six years of people-leadership experience with talent development and succession planning.
• Experience supporting commercial-stage therapy and expanding cell therapy treatment-center operations.
• Deep understanding of oncology and cell therapy operations and ecosystem.
• Experience managing the treatment-center lifecycle from onboarding to regulatory readiness.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Aufgaben

• Lead the ATC Operations team with clear responsibilities and staffing plans.
• Set ATC network strategy, multiyear plans, and annual objectives based on patient access and capacity.
• Oversee center authorization, onboarding, readiness, ongoing support, and deauthorization as applicable.
• Coordinate responsibilities across tumor procurement, order intake, logistics, and manufacturing coordination.
• Lead operational reviews with leaders; communicate performance, risks, and priorities.
• Maintain ATC operating standards and training requirements with QA, Regulatory, and Medical.
• Set performance measures for readiness, capacity, and throughput; prioritize improvements.
• Establish governance and escalation procedures; drive cross-functional decisions.
