Qualifications

• 8+ years of multifamily real estate experience with asset/portfolio management exposure.
• Strong understanding of operating metrics, pricing, budgeting, and business planning.
• Experience analyzing financial performance and improving returns.
• Ability to evaluate market conditions, pricing strategies, and renovation economics.
• Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently in an autonomous environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve the operating performance of a multifamily portfolio through asset management and market analysis.
• Provide insights on rents, occupancy, concessions, competitive positioning, and other performance drivers.
• Partner with operations teams to support budgeting, forecasting, revenue optimization, expense management, and NOI growth.
• Evaluate and oversee renovation and value-add initiatives, including ROI analysis and execution monitoring.
• Support lender, investor, and stakeholder reporting requirements.
• Assist with acquisitions, dispositions, and portfolio evaluation with market intelligence.
• Conduct property and market visits to assess competitive dynamics and identify opportunities.
