NextEra Energy Resources, LLC is seeking a Sr. Director of Asset-Level Financing to lead structuring, execution and management of tax equity and project finance transactions across renewables, storage, gas plants, transmission, pipelines and residential solar.

The role provides strategic direction for financial forecasting, modeling, and due diligence, while mentoring a professional team and negotiating financing documents with banks, institutional investors and asset managers.

Qualifications

• High School Grad / GED.
• Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience.
• Experience: 12+ years.
• Leadership Experience: 6+ years.

Responsabilités

• Develops short- and long-term financial forecasting and analysis strategy (monthly 5-year forecast, MOPR forecast, cash flow, capex, credit rating updates).
• Leads staff with strong analytical skills and negotiates implementation.
• Maintains and enhances GAAP-compliant financial models and conducts contract reviews and analyses.
