• 20+ years in semiconductor industry with ASIC/SoC experience.

• Deep understanding of ASIC development flows and customer engagements.
• Ability to drive transformation and scale engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead long‑term strategy, roadmap, and growth for TEL DMS business unit.
• Oversee end‑to‑end ASIC/SoC development and product launches.
• Manage governance, budgets, schedules, and program risk.
• Drive customer relationships, contracts, and revenue growth.
• Develop talent, foster innovation, and build global teams.
• Represent TEL in executive, customer, and industry forums.
