You will partner with business and technology leaders to translate opportunities into production-ready capabilities that drive measurable outcomes.

The role requires building high-performing teams, shaping enterprise strategy, and advancing AI initiatives across Ally while balancing risk and governance in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Significant technical experience leading data, AI, and software engineering in complex environments.
• Proven ability to partner with business leaders to deliver technology solutions with measurable impact.
• Deep expertise across modern Data & AI ecosystems including cloud, analytics, APIs, ML, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead Ally's Applied Data & AI engineering organization to deliver data, analytics, AI, and intelligent automation solutions.
• Partner with business leaders to identify high-value opportunities and translate them into scalable capabilities.
• Collaborate with Data & AI Platforms to align investments with business needs and strategy.
• Drive AI-powered products that enhance customer experiences and operational efficiency.
• Advise senior leaders on technology roadmaps and investment priorities.
