This role bridges technology, business, and innovation, partnering with executives and data teams to deliver scalable, production-ready solutions across the enterprise.

The leader will drive AI-powered products, guide investment priorities, and champion modern engineering

Qualifications

Significant technical experience leading data, AI, and software engineering organizations in complex enterprise environments.
Proven ability to connect business strategy, data assets, and engineering execution into measurable outcomes.
Experience guiding enterprise AI, automation, and platform modernization initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead Ally's Applied Data & AI engineering org to deliver data, analytics, AI, and automation solutions at scale.
Partner with business and technology leaders to identify high-value opportunities and translate them into capabilities.
Collaborate with Data & AI Platforms leadership to align investments with business needs and roadmaps.
Deliver AI-powered products that enhance customer experiences and reduce risk.
Shape technology roadmaps and enterprise Data & AI adoption strategies with senior leadership.
Foster high-performing, inclusive teams and champion modern engineering practices.
