Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in software engineering.
• Experience delivering large-scale enterprise apps and platforms.
• Hands-on automation, workflow orchestration, API development, and cloud-native development.
• Proficiency in Python and Java; strong design, coding, and integration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of enterprise automation and AI solutions.
• Provide technical leadership across strategy, architecture, implementation, and operations.
• Mentor teams and set engineering standards for AI-enabled automation.
• Drive end-to-end implementation from concept to production, including reviews and deployment.
• Ensure governance, security, and compliance in production AI/automation solutions.
