Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in related roles.
• 8-10+ years of managerial experience.
• PMP Certification, MBA, and other licenses relevant to the business.
• Experience with financial products and the industry landscape.
• Advanced knowledge of strategic direction within the function.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and related tools.
• Strong leadership, management, and development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple teams to achieve goals, conduct personnel duties, and ensure best practices alignment.
• Prepare and present team reviews to senior management and business leaders.
• Drive system architecture design with end-users and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Manage budgets, planning, policy formation, and future area strategy.
• Ensure change controls and regulatory reporting compliance.
• Research issues, provide recommendations, and escalate as needed.
• Oversee disaster recovery plans and testing, and authorize operation for new apps.
• Lead local staff forums and communicate global/region updates.
• Define and implement best practices and maintain transparency across teams.
• Assess risk in business decisions and uphold Citi's reputation and controls.
