Highmark Health is seeking a Manager of Product Management to lead strategy, vision, and execution for a portfolio supporting Provider Contracting, Credentialing, and Network capabilities. You will lead a team of Product Managers, align with business and technology goals, and drive lifecycle management across multiple products.

You will guide discovery, business-case development, prioritization, and adoption, while measuring outcomes and communicating value to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in product management, product development, or related field.
• Experience in an agile development environment.

Responsibilities

• Involved in hiring decisions, coaching and development, rewards and recognition, performance management and staff productivity.
• Plan, organize, staff, direct and control day-to-day operations of the department; develop and implement policies and programs.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
• Define requirements and manage backlog to ensure accurate definitions and prioritization.
• Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, sales to ensure successful product development and launch.
• Oversee product development and launch across portfolio; support teams to enable lifecycle management.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback and inform product decisions.
