Responsibilities

Lead phase-appropriate analytical strategies and lifecycle management for small molecule programs.
Oversee method development, validation, transfer, impurity control, and regulatory support.
Manage external CRO/CDMO partnerships and regulatory audits.
Drive analytical readiness for process validation, launches, and post-approval changes.
