This role partners with CMC leadership, oversees external CRO/CMO activities, and ensures regulatory-compliant data and documentation. You will lead method development, lifecycle management, and regulatory support, while coordinating cross-functionally to meet program objectives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• PhD with 6+ years in pharma/biotech analytical chemistry.
• Experience in analytical development for small molecules.
• Experience managing CRO/CMO work and regulatory deliverables.
• Strong writing, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop phase-appropriate analytical strategies for drug substance/products.
• Lead designated analytical programs and manage vendor relationships.
• Oversee method development, transfer, validation, and lifecycle management.
• Review technical data, reports, and regulatory documents for accuracy.
