The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, highly collaborative, and eager to develop a deep understanding of Aitia, our partners, and the scientific and business goals that drive successful collaborations and lead to transformative therapies for patients with unmet needs.

Responsibilities
  • Support the execution of partnership strategies that contribute to long‑term growth and collaboration success.
  • Contribute to partnership design and develop strategies for project execution of post‑deal readiness activities.
  • Propose and execute partnership guiding principles and objectives; recommend changes to governance structure as needed, and develop and optimize joint ways of working.
  • Act as a technical expert on partnership contracts, facilitating contract agreement execution and contributing to contract development and amendments.

  • Collaborate with internal scientific, business development, operations, and leadership teams to support partnership goals and deliverables.
  • Track partnership activities, milestones, action items, and follow‑up communications.
  • Develop partnership reporting and monitor partnership health; make data‑driven recommendations to improve performance and address challenges.
  • Implement tools and best practices for best‑in‑class partnership execution.
  • Drive functional learnings within each partnership.
  • Represent Aitia professionally in meetings, conferences, and industry events.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, partner landscapes, and emerging opportunities within biotech and pharma.

  • Prior experience managing partnerships, collaborations, and/or alliances with biotech and pharmaceutical companies, or related relationship‑focused functions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships, manage multiple priorities, and work collaboratively across teams.
  • Eagerness to develop a deep understanding of the company, its partners, and the scientific and business goals that drive successful collaborations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to travel as needed to support partner relationships and company initiatives.

Preferred
