Qualifications

10 years progressively responsible operations or manufacturing experience with at least 4 years in a management role.
Experience in outfitting for systems and interiors preferred.

Responsibilities

Directs the development, implementation and maintenance of policies and procedures to achieve an effective organization.
Reviews performance of departments and takes timely corrective action to resolve deficiencies.
Ensure compliance with FAA and other governmental Repair Station regulations.
Pursue continuous improvement strategies for fabricating and installing aircraft interiors balancing quality, build schedule and profitability.
Directs the establishment of operating budgets and controls.
