Job summary

Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation in Appleton seeks a Completions Coordinator to lead day-to-day shop activities for interior completions. You will plan workloads, coordinate manpower and materials to support workflow targets, and assist the service center with team-based execution.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and 5 years of aircraft upholstery experience, plus ability to read Blueprints and comply with FAA/GAC specs, safety, and Lean practices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5 years previous aircraft experience in the specific discipline.
• FAA and Gulfstream specifications familiarity preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Ability to lift 30-50 pounds and work in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Updates and maintains Job Safe analyst Cards on assigned equipment.
• Supports supervisor to ensure on-time department output and quality.
• Supports safety, FOD and 5S programs across the shop.
• Assists team to hit milestone dates through hands-on work and materials readiness.
• Ensures paperwork like ADTS, CDMS, CMP cards and logs are completed.
• Ensures drawings and engineering requirements are followed.
• Leads safety audits and participates in lean and quality improvement teams.
• Maintains shop equipment and associated JSAs.
