Job summary

Instruction Partners seeks a Senior Director, Solutions Implementation to lead day-to-day partnerships at the intersection of AI-powered instructional products and U.S. school systems.

This remote role supports districts nationwide and involves up to 50% travel to enable effective implementation. You will design systems to make implementation visible by tracking dashboards, cohorts, and professional learning resources, and you will manage a portfolio of partner districts and product developers.

Qualifications

• Mastery of designing and refining execution systems including dashboards, monitoring protocols, and review cadences that make complex partnership work visible and actionable.
• Advanced ability to build high-trust relationships with district leaders and external partners while maintaining focus on the learning agenda.
• Deep knowledge of HQIM-aligned instructional frameworks to systematically improve outcomes for priority student groups and ensure effective use of AI-powered tools.

Responsibilities

• Manages a portfolio of district implementations of AI-powered solutions with focus on instructional quality and outcomes.
• Serves as the primary relationship holder for assigned partner systems and product developer partners.
• Tracks implementation and integration, monitoring usage, fidelity to HQIM-aligned teaching, and signals of impact and unintended consequences.
• Monitors enabling conditions through leadership, coaching, scheduling, and infrastructure that determine whether implementation changes teacher practice.
• Engages with product developers to understand product intent, surface implementation realities and feed insights back into product development.
