Job summary

Jobgether in the United States seeks an AI Implementation & Solutions Associate Director to lead end-to-end AI opportunities, from discovery to delivery and ongoing transformation. You will manage client relationships, business development, and cross-functional teams across AI, ML, and modern cloud architectures.

The role requires senior consulting experience, strong executive communication, and hands-on understanding of AI-enabled applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Business, or related discipline; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
• 9+ years of experience designing, delivering, or managing technology, data, automation, software, or AI solutions.
• Demonstrated experience leading client engagements and multidisciplinary technology delivery teams.
• Proven experience supporting business development, sales pursuits, proposals, estimates, and statements of work.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of AI implementation opportunities, from discovery through delivery and follow-on planning.
• Partner with account teams to identify new AI opportunities and quantify suitability for prototyping.
• Lead discovery sessions to understand objectives, workflows, data, and business value.
• Develop proposals, statements of work, estimates, and project scopes.
• Serve as primary client contact, building trusted relationships with executives and stakeholders.
• Establish governance, cadence, and stakeholder expectations across engagements.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and financial performance.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including AI engineers, solution architects, and data specialists.
• Guide AI prototypes and pilots addressing real-world business challenges and value.
