Job summary

Centene Corp. seeks a Senior Director of AI Productivity & LCNC AI to lead enterprise adoption of personal productivity and low-code/no-code AI tools. You will own the LCNC enablement experience built on Microsoft Copilot Studio and establish governance to enable safe, scalable usage across the business.

You will partner with AI governance, security, data, and platform leaders to ensure controls, develop education programs, and grow the citizen developer program to scale AI-enabled capabilities.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of related experience, including prior management.
• Preferred: Experience implementing personal productivity and LCNC AI solutions.
• Demonstrated team leadership and transformation/change management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise AI productivity and LCNC enablement, including governance and guardrails.
• Direct enterprise citizen developer program and AI education curriculum.
• Partner with AI governance, security, data, and platform leaders to ensure enterprise controls.
• Set strategy and roadmap for AI personal productivity tools and services and establish value measurement across the employee population.
