Job summary

Centene Corporation seeks a senior leader to drive enterprise AI intake, lifecycle governance, and portfolio health. You will own the AI Portfolio Management platform, coordinate with Governance, Compliance, Security, Legal, and Finance, and guide AI investment prioritization across the enterprise.

This remote US role requires travel 2–3 times per quarter, and sponsorship is not available. You will recruit and lead managers and individual contributors, delivering measurable value from production

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 10+ years related experience including prior management.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for enterprise AI intake, lifecycle management, portfolio governance, and value measurement.
• Own the enterprise AI intake process as the single front door for all AI use cases.
• Define and operate the end-to-end AI lifecycle workflow mapped to Centene's seven-stage lifecycle.
• Own the AI Portfolio Management platform as the system of record and orchestration spine.
• Coordinate governance reviews against AI control standards and maintain records for audits.
• Lead use case valuation and enterprise prioritization with finance and portfolio leadership.
