Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of related experience, including prior management.
• Experience leading enterprise AI productivity initiatives.
• Experience with LCNC enablement and governance.
• Strong leadership and enterprise collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for enterprise AI productivity and citizen development enablement.
• Define strategy and roadmap for AI tools and services with adoption targets.
• Own LCNC enablement product experience atop Copilot Studio with pre-approved components.
• Establish the governed walled garden for citizen development with security and data controls.
• Direct the enterprise citizen developer program and certification.
• Lead AI education and literacy curriculum and measure usage outcomes.
• Direct forward-deployed enablement resources embedding with business teams.
• Ensure AI governance, intake, risk tiering, and approvals are followed.
• Establish measurement framework for adoption, usage, and cost per use case.
• Perform other duties and comply with policies.
