Job summary

Centene Corp. is seeking a senior leader to drive enterprise AI productivity and Low-Code/No-Code enablement across the organization. You will shape the Copilot Studio experience, establish governance, and guide a multi-level team to deliver measurable value while partnering with security, data, and platform teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of related experience, including prior management. Travel 2-3 times per quarter; remote within the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of related experience, including prior management experience.
• Experience implementing personal productivity and low code/no code AI solutions.
• Transformation and change management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic and operational leadership for enterprise AI productivity and citizen development enablement.
• Defines and executes the enterprise strategy and roadmap for AI tools and services.
• Owns the LCNC enablement product experience built on Microsoft Copilot Studio with approved connectors and templates.
• Establishes and operates the governed environment for citizen development in partnership with security teams.
• Directs the enterprise citizen developer program and education curriculum.
• Leads the enterprise AI education and literacy curriculum and pursuit of adoption and proficiency.
• Directs forward-deployed enablement resources to identify high-value use cases.
• Ensures productivity AI and citizen-developed agents conform to enterprise governance and risk controls.
• Establishes measurement framework for adoption, usage, impact, and cost.
• Performs other duties as assigned and complies with policies and standards.
