You will shape a unified data management platform, drive AI-enabled products, and coordinate across Data Domain Operations, Product, Engineering, Analytics, Governance, and Strategy.

The role emphasizes platform consolidation, secure and observable services, and a modern AI-first mindset to accelerate data operations and quality at scale.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of software engineering and technology experience, including leadership of technology managers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven success defining and executing strategies for enterprise tooling, internal platforms, or operational software.
• Strong architecture and engineering judgment across modern full-stack web development, APIs, services, and cloud platforms.
• Experience enabling data-centric applications with quality controls and audit readiness.
• Ability to modernize legacy portfolios via platform consolidation and reusable components.
• Deep understanding of product development life cycle, agile delivery, DevOps, observability, and security.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Data Estate Tooling Platform organization with clear mission, operating model, portfolio, and roadmap.
• Deliver a unified data management platform enabling reusable capabilities and consistent user experiences.
• Build modern full-stack apps for data operations, balancing centralized services with targeted solutions for rapid value.
• Modernize tooling estate while preserving stability of critical workflows.
• Create a product-oriented engineering culture focused on outcomes, reliability, and continuous improvement.
