Qualifications

• 5+ years leading Engineering Directors and Senior Managers in a matrixed, high-growth environment.
• 15+ years of software engineering experience, including leadership of AI-powered web apps at scale.
• Proven success delivering 0-to-1 product experiences in AI, data platforms, or enterprise SaaS.
• Experience launching Marketing, Ad tech or Sales tech products is a plus.
• Strong ability to translate complex technical ideas to executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the Engineering strategy for CES Growth Apps and partner with Product, Design, and AI/ML teams.
• Mentor and grow a world-class engineering leadership and IC team.
• Be a visible thought leader within Adobe and externally at industry events and communities.
• Maintain technical depth and guide high-stakes architectural decisions.
