Job summary

Celigo, the leading iPaaS innovator, is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to own strategy across Core Platform, AI products, API management, and data ingestion. You will guide multi-quarter roadmaps tied to revenue growth, retention, and market positioning, while shaping an AI-first PM practice.

You’ll lead a distributed team across time zones, partner with UX and engineering, and represent Celigo externally to customers, partners, and analysts as we accelerate AI-driven automation.

Qualifications

• More than 15 years of progressive product management experience in technical B2B SaaS with customer-facing products.
• Sr Director-level scope with multi-product-line strategy and business outcomes ownership.
• Expert partnership with UX across research, design, and content to drive outcomes.
• Hands-on experience shipping AI-native or AI-augmented products.
• Proven track record leading distributed teams including in India.
• Experience in mid-scale companies (~750 people) with lean infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy for Core Platform, AI, API Management, and Data Ingestion with multi-quarter roadmaps tied to revenue and retention.
• Extend decision-making authority and vision to senior PMs; strengthen independent operation.
• Drive AI product-market fit by translating AI capabilities into measurable customer success.
• Lead the AI transformation of PM practice and the product development lifecycle.
• Manage and develop a distributed team across time zones; set expectations and build trust.
• Represent Celigo externally to support strategic sales, events, and analyst relations.
