Job summary

Geisinger is seeking a seasoned business intelligence and healthcare analytics professional to support AI investments across clinical, operational, health plan, and pharmacy functions. You will turn complex data into evidence to guide portfolio decisions and validate AI performance in production.

You will work with product managers, data scientists, and clinical partners to develop dashboards and data frameworks, ensuring data quality and clear storytelling for leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or healthcare informatics.
• Deep proficiency in SQL and experience querying Epic Clarity or Caboodle databases.
• Proven ability to build production-grade dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
• Experience in healthcare settings with familiarity in clinical workflows, revenue cycle metrics, or quality reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in data science, informatics, health administration, or related field; experience supporting AI or ML product teams in healthcare.
• Familiarity with Epic reporting workbench, SlicerDicer, or Radar dashboards.
• Exposure to clinical quality metrics, coding capture, or patient throughput analytics.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) - Required.

Responsibilities

• Turn analytical findings into clear narratives and visualizations that inform portfolio decisions and leadership communication.
• Measure production performance of AI initiatives and validate its impact across care delivery and operations.
• Profile data quality across Epic Clarity, Caboodle, and other enterprise sources to ensure reliable analytics.
• Build and maintain feature datasets and data definitions for model development and deployment.
• Establish and maintain data standards and documentation for reuse across the portfolio.
