Job summary

Centene Management Company LLC is seeking aSenior leader to own enterprise AI lifecycle management, intake, governance, and ROI reporting. You will manage the AI portfolio, registry, and control tower while aligning with enterprise governance and finance partners.

The role requires guiding a multi-disciplinary team and coordinating across Compliance, Security, Legal, and BTS to ensure AI systems are registered, evaluated, and tracked through retirement.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of related experience, including prior management experience.
• Proven AI lifecycle management experience.
• Experience implementing and optimizing enterprise frictionless workflows and processes.
• Strong track record of building relationships and implementing governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Owns the end-to-end AI lifecycle workflow and intake process as the single front door for all AI use cases.
• Leads portfolio governance, ROI measurement, and value reporting across AI systems.
• Directs a multi-level team and partners with governance, compliance, security, legal, finance, and platform teams.
