Affinity, the AI-first CRM for private capital, seeks a Senior Director of Product Management to lead and inspire the PM organization. This role shapes the PM cadence, crafts AI-enabled product processes, and partners with engineering, design, and marketing to drive delivery across the product surface.

You will set high PM standards, drive strategic alignment, and mentor a team of senior PMs and analysts to deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management with 5+ years leading PM teams.
• Proven ability to raise the bar on PM craft and cadence.
• Strong alignment of PM decisions to business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of product managers and analysts.
• Own the PM operating cadence: roadmap reviews, planning, prioritization.
• Set and uphold PM craft standards across discovery, scoping, delivery.
• Advance AI fluency and adoption across the team’s practices.
• Partner with engineering, design, and product marketing on delivery.
• Translate strategy into executable plans with clear priorities.
• Build metrics and impact models tying work to outcomes.
• Hire and cultivate PM talent and culture.
• Operate as a senior Affinity leader contributing to strategy.
