Affinity is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to lead the PM organization, define the operating cadence, and elevate product craft with a strong emphasis on AI fluency. You will partner with Build leadership to shape Affinity’s future and report to the SVP of Product.

You’ll lead a senior team, drive strategy-to-execution alignment, and build a culture that delivers impact for private capital professionals. This is a high-visibility, transformational leadership role.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in product management with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead and develop PM teams (staff/principal level).
• Strategic mindset linking PM decisions to business outcomes.
• Strong AI-related product development experience and advocacy.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of product managers and a product analyst.
• Own PM operating cadence: roadmap, planning cycles, prioritization.
• Set PM craft standards across discovery, scoping, delivery, and influence.
• Grow team AI fluency and establish scalable practices.
• Partner with engineering, design, and product marketing on delivery.
• Translate strategy into executable roadmaps and priorities.
• Increase metrics maturity and tie product work to business impact.
• Hire and cultivate top PM talent and leadership.
• Participate in strategic planning beyond the PM function.
