Accord is seeking a Product Manager to own the roadmap, align CS, product, and engineering, and shape the first PM in Accord’s history. You’ll ground decisions in customer needs and business impact, partnering with design, engineering, customer success, and product marketing.

This hybrid SF role offers hands-on ownership and room to grow, with influence over AI-enabled features and cost models. You’ll engage directly with customers, run AI evaluations, and ship high-impact work that moves

Qualifications

• Startup experience in a high-velocity environment.
• Ability to own a product from 0→1 and close the loop post-launch.
• Strong data fluency and analytical mindset.
• Experience running AI evaluations and interpreting cost models.
• Excellent communication across eng, CS, marketing, and design.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and shaping strategy in a complex product.
• Collaborative, with strong stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Own and drive the roadmap; set priorities and align stakeholders.
• Maintain CS–product relationship; prioritize feedback for engineering.
• Scope and sequence delivery with engineering; adjust as estimates change.
• Close the loop after launch; monitor adoption and outcomes.
• Collaborate with product marketing on release timelines and launches.
• Contribute to user research alongside design and talk directly to customers.
• Run AI evals and data analysis to support decision-making and costs.
