Trucordia is hiring a Senior Director of Applied Analytics to turn data into value across monetization, efficiency, and growth. You’ll work hands‑on initially with analytics and data engineering, then scale into leading a team and defining the data strategy for the organization.

Expect to build AI‑first data applications and data products that drive revenue and improve operational outcomes. You’ll own data initiatives end‑to‑end, partner with engineering and operations to capture new data, and

Qualifications

• 10+ years in analytics, data science, or similar roles with hands‑on building and leadership.
• Experience building data applications or products that put data in front of business users.
• Experience leading analytics and data engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Monetization: turn data into products or benchmarking offerings.
• Operational efficiency: reduce manual work and accelerate processes.
• Organic growth: drive cross-sell, retention, and higher win rates.
• Lead the building: create data apps and AI‑first tools.
• Own end‑to‑end: from idea to production on Snowflake/Azure.
