Job summary

Dexcom Corporation seeks a Sr. Director of AI Engineering, Discovery & Co-Design to define and execute the vision for AI-enabled innovation across engineering and scientific disciplines.

You will build scalable AI platforms and workflows, and lead a high-performing team driving collaboration across sensor, hardware, firmware, and systems engineering. The role requires strong leadership and the ability to translate emerging tech into enterprise-scale capabilities.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 17+ years of industry experience.
• 13+ years of successful leadership experience in relevant industry.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the vision for AI Engineering, Discovery & Co-Design capabilities across Dexcom's R&D organization.
• Lead the development of AI-powered platforms, engineering workflows, knowledge systems, and scientific reasoning capabilities.
• Establish scalable co-design environments enabling collaboration across sensor, hardware, firmware, and systems teams.
• Partner with diverse departments to identify and deliver high-impact AI solutions and drive organizational transformation.
