Job summary

Elevance Health is seeking a Senior Director for AI Enablement, Product & Platforms. This role leads strategic AI integration across our health services portfolio, collaborating with clinical product owners to advance AI-driven capabilities across Health, Insights, Rx, and Operations.

Reporting to the Staff VP of Product Platforms and AI Platforms, you will influence product strategy, governance, and ROI, guiding enterprise initiatives and cross-functional teams in a dynamic, hybrid work

Qualifications

• Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 7 years of related experience.
• MBA preferred for strategic leadership in health tech.
• Experience in healthcare product development and management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee a competitive AI-enabled product platform strategy.
• Drive AI adoption and governance across clinical products and platforms.
• Consult with product managers and clinical leaders to deploy AI solutions.
• Collaborate with Digital Platforms & AI Office and IT to deploy AI solutions.
• Track product performance and ROI, identifying AI enhancement opportunities.
• Lead enterprise-wide initiatives including AI strategy and policy changes.
