Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting a Senior Director of Workforce Strategy & Operational Excellence, to lead enterprise staffing, analytics, and regulatory compliance for a 1,500-person organization. You will shape multi-year operating models, AI roadmaps, and cross-functional capabilities with senior leadership.
The role emphasizes workforce readiness, governance, and transformative AI adoption across PSC/ATC, with up to 25% travel and direct impact on patient and provider
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, operations, analytics, business or related field is required.
- Minimum 12 years in enterprise functions with contact centers, analytics or healthcare operations.
- 5+ years leading directors and managers overseeing centralized support services.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements (HIPAA) and AI governance.
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders with data-driven insights.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise workforce strategy and operational excellence for PSC/ATC.
- Develop forecasting models for staffing across 15+ roles.
- Translate data into strategic resourcing and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance and QA across enterprise functions.
- Drive AI integration and learning across workforce programs.
