Job summary

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Director, AI Strategy & Transformation to lead the enterprise AI and data agenda from New Brunswick, NJ. The role partners with senior executives to identify opportunities, drive cross-functional initiatives, and translate priorities into measurable outcomes.

You will work with the JJAIC and JJDMC, reporting to the Senior Director, Technology, Strategy & Innovation, and contribute to governance, operating models, and execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced business degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, enterprise transformation, Chief of staff or strategic planning roles strongly preferred.
• Experience advising senior executives on strategic initiatives and organizational transformation, with ability to frame ambiguous problems and drive measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning and prioritization across AI and data initiatives.
• Executive advisory and influence to leadership; develop business cases and decision frameworks.
• Develop governance, performance management, and data quality frameworks; monitor progress and risks.
• Drive council activities with cross-functional teams; prepare updates and influence strategic direction.
