Qualifications

• 6+ years of senior software engineer experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven Full Stack development experience with UI frameworks, test frameworks, API development, and database development.
• Proficiency in Java, Rust, TypeScript, and GraphQL.
• Experience delivering scoped features across the full software development lifecycle including CI/CD and automated testing.
• Strong debugging, code review, and continuous development skills.
• Ability to design scalable, secure software aligned with platform objectives.
• Experience integrating AI/ML and leveraging generative AI tools to improve development velocity.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of scoped features and models through collaborative engineering teams, managing implementation, iteration, testing, and support.
• Write clean, efficient code across multiple languages, driving full SDLC including CI/CD and automated testing.
• Integrate AI and ML components to enhance software intelligence and leverage generative AI tools to improve development velocity.
• Assist in solution design, participate in design reviews, and ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable software systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and success metrics aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor application performance, conduct maintenance, and ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Mentor peers, promote engineering best practices, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
