Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
15 years of software development experience, with 5 years in leadership.
Experience leading and managing a software engineering team.
Experience in AI/ML, platform development, distributed systems, or cybersecurity.
Experience leading global organizations.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the long-term technical vision for the Google SecOps organization.
Build, mentor, and lead a global engineering team, fostering innovation and high performance.
Partner with product management leadership to ensure a roadmap meeting security needs.
Oversee the architectural migration from F1/Spanner to BigQuery with zero-downtime.
Lead the Agentic SOC initiative, integrating AI and automation into analyst workflows.
