Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CS or related field.
- 15+ years in software development with 5+ years in technical leadership.
- Experience leading and managing a team of software engineers.
- Experience in AI/ML, platform development, distributed systems, cybersecurity.
- Experience leading global organizations.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical vision and strategy for Google SecOps engineering.
- Build, mentor, and lead a global engineering team, fostering innovation and high performance.
- Partner with product management leadership to align roadmaps with security market needs.
- Oversee migration from F1/Spanner to BigQuery with zero downtime and improved performance.
- Lead the Agentic SOC initiative, integrating AI and automation into analyst workflows.
