Job summary

Capital One Shopping Growth is seeking a Sr Director of Product Management (Remote-Eligible) to own and optimize merchant experiences, drive growth, and lead cross-functional teams with a strong AI focus.

The role requires deep SQL and analytics expertise, experience partnering with engineering, and a track record of launching data-driven product experiences that improve engagement and revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years of Product Management experience.
• Experience with SQL and data-driven decision making.
• Experience working with software engineering teams to build tooling and processes.
• Demonstrated application of AI to build digital products.

Responsibilities

• Own all aspects of the team, technology, and tooling that onboard and activate merchant relationships across Shopping’s product experiences.
• Lead and manage day-to-day operations and engineering execution to launch and test new experiences.
• Operate with data-backed judgment from ideation to launch.
• Build business cases, prioritization, and dashboards using SQL, Excel, and financial modeling.
