Job summary

Capital One Shopping is seeking a Sr Director of Product Management in Growth, remote-eligible in the United States. You will lead end-to-end product experiences, partner with engineering, and drive AI-enabled growth initiatives across the merchant ecosystem.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 7 years of Product Management experience.
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or Computer Science / Engineering is preferred.
At least 5 years in a high growth/startup technology environment; 5+ years SQL; 5+ years business analysis; 8+ years partnering with software engineering; demonstrated AI application.

Responsibilities

Design and build optimized consumer incentive and reward experiences with engineering.
Manage day-to-day operations and engineering execution of owned and supporting teams to launch and test experiences.
Operate with data-driven judgment from ideation to launch and monitor ROI and impact.
Own business case, prioritization, and create reports/models using SQL, Excel, and financial modeling.
