Job summary

Qualifications

• Progressively responsible program-management experience delivering large, complex enterprise technology programs.
• Strong cybersecurity awareness or exposure to cyber risk programs is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead through influence in a matrix/global organization.
• Exceptional executive communication and reporting skills.
• Experience with PMO governance, RAID, budgeting and vendor management.
• MBA or advanced credential is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of a multi-year cyber defense and resilience modernization program.
• Establish program charter, scope, dependencies, milestones, and success criteria.
• Manage budget, forecast, and executive reporting dashboards.
• Design governance structures with clear decision rights and accountability.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Procurement, and external partners to ensure value delivery.
• Lead through influence without direct reporting, across global teams.
