Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Director of Tech Operations to lead global L2 production operations for MarTech and AdTech platforms. You will own incident resolution, platform reliability, and operational excellence across regions with an AI-augmented, agent-driven approach.

Experience in leading transformation to automated, outcome-driven operations, plus GenAI literacy and strong collaboration with development teams, is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technology operations or engineering, including significant experience leading L2/production operations or SRE for large-scale platforms.
• Strong cloud platforms, distributed systems, APIs, and modern observability tooling with credibility to work with development teams.
• Experience applying AI/ML and GenAI to operations, including anomaly detection, event correlation, remediation, and building/operating AI agents.

Responsibilities

• Own global Level 2 operations and incident resolution for MarTech/AdTech platforms with follow-the-sun coverage.
• Lead the team building and operating AI agents for monitoring, detection, triage, root-cause analysis, and automated remediation.
• Drive AI-augmented operations, redesigning workflows and roles around GenAI and automation.
• Remain deeply technical to partner with engineering on observability, instrumentation, and operability of releases.
• Advance SRE maturity, telemetry across logs/metrics/traces, and incident-response readiness.
• Establish governance for operational AI with human-in-the-loop controls and safe rollback.
