Job summary

Northwest Partners is seeking a Senior Director, AI Transformation & Data to lead internal AI initiatives and shape the company's AI strategy. This hybrid leadership role is based in Florham Park, NJ or Jacksonville, FL, and requires coordinating across technical, business, and governance teams.

You will identify and prioritize AI use cases, partner with AI/ML teams, and drive initiatives from idea to implementation while managing stakeholders and ensuring alignment with corporate standards.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in AI, Data, Technology, or Digital Transformation.
• Proven experience leading AI transformation within a corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of modern AI/ML and GenAI technologies.
• Experience identifying and prioritizing AI use cases.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience operating at a Senior Director or VP level.
• Must be a US Citizen.

About The Role

Northwest Partners is supporting a leading data and technology organization that is investing heavily in AI transformation and is looking for a Senior Director, AI Transformation & Data to lead internal AI initiatives and help drive the organization's AI strategy. This is a hybrid leadership role based in Florham Park, New Jersey, or Jacksonville, Florida. The role is focused on identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing AI use cases across the business. The ideal candidate will have strong corporate AI transformation experience and be comfortable working across technical teams, business stakeholders, and AI governance functions.

What You Will Do

• Lead and coordinate internal AI transformation initiatives and use cases
• Evaluate and triage AI opportunities across different business functions
• Work closely with business and technology leaders to identify where AI can create value
• Partner with existing AI/ML teams who are responsible for building and deploying solutions
• Provide strong technical AI expertise without needing to be a hands-on AI developer
• Help prioritize AI initiatives based on business value, technical feasibility, and cost
• Work closely with AI Governance to ensure initiatives align with organizational standards
