JPMorgan Chase in New York seeks an Executive Director for AI Transformation & Strategic Execution to lead a strategic, data-driven AI portfolio and drive maximum business value. As a leader for AI Transformation & Strategic Execution, you will act as a strategic change agent, shaping and driving the firm's AI agenda across our global Operations. You won't just track projects; you will architect a value-driven portfolio, challenging the status quo and uncovering ambitious, high-impact opportunities.
As the Executive Director in AI Transformation & Strategic Execution, you will be responsible for transforming complex data and competing priorities into compelling, data-driven narratives that drive alignment, secure buy-in, and inspire action from the firm's most senior leaders. Adept at navigating ambiguity, you will use hypothesis-driven thinking and sophisticated analytics to bring clarity to complex business challenges, ensuring our AI investments deliver maximum strategic and financial value. You will be the trusted advisor who connects AI capabilities to tangible business outcomes, moving critical work forward that has a firmwide impact.
