You’ll lead milestones, build the business case for AI offerings, influence senior leaders, and drive adoption from concept to revenue realization in a global software company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
• Track record of leadership in commercial strategy, product strategy, go-to-market strategy, or consulting, with real experience moving strategic initiatives from plan to market.
• Strong analytical and modeling capabilities to assess commercial impact and guide decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercialization of AI-powered products from concept through launch, partnering across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive adoption, usage, retention, and revenue realization.
• Run strategic program management for cross-functional AI initiatives: set milestones, track dependencies, resolve blockers, and drive teams to follow through.
• Build the business case for AI-driven bets, providing a clear view of customer value and revenue at stake.
• Influence Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance leadership around packaging, launching, and scaling AI capabilities in the market.
• Own pricing, packaging, and go-to-market decisions to ensure successful customer adoption.
