Reporting to the Executive VP, you’ll build relationships, lead due diligence, and guide teams through complex transactions to expand HHAD’s growing portfolio while ensuring compliance with affordable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, finance, or urban planning.
• 5–7 years in affordable housing development or related field.
• Strong financial and analytical skills with real estate fundamentals.
• Proven ability to originate and finance projects.

Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate new affordable housing opportunities across target states.
• Prepare financial feasibility analyses and initial business plans.
• Lead negotiations and execute acquisition and development agreements.
• Manage origination pipeline and report to leadership.
• Cultivate relationships with owners, brokers, lenders, and government agencies.
