Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive supply chain experience with leadership.
- 5+ years leading supply chain functions or teams.
- Experience in procurement, supplier management, material planning, inventory, logistics or warehouse operations.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems and strategic supply chain initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall supply chain strategy for the San Antonio site.
- Lead procurement and supplier management to optimize cost, quality and delivery.
- Oversee material planning, inventory, kitting and material flow.
- Lead SIOP processes aligning demand, supply, capacity and finance.
- Provide strategic oversight of logistics and warehouse operations.
- Mitigate supply chain risks to ensure continuity of supply.
